PT Digital Kartika is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Shop Assistant in managing the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing the store, including stocking merchandise, pricing, and shelving.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and addressing inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and ensuring the store is presentable.,Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges as needed.,Assist with inventory management, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies to the Shop Assistant.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, both in-store and online.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.,Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
