📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of patient care.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints to resolve issues effectively.,Monitor and manage branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and healthcare management tools.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
