📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot building systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and record findings in maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant concerns and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Work with contractors and vendors to coordinate repairs and maintenance projects.
• Provide technical support to property managers and other staff as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance building systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Building Technician or similar role.
• Proven experience in maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, and fire protection equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
