Resto Gita Store is looking for a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure.,Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the restaurant and its services.,Manage and coordinate reservations and table assignments.,Process payments and handle cash transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
