📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Lead a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and visibility.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team is meeting its objectives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
