Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.,Work closely with senior management to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in operations or a related field.,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities.,Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operations management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
