📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store managers and staff to achieve sales targets.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure effective communication and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
