📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Control inventory and ensure cost-effective purchasing and menu planning.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
