📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the steel and stainless steel industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
