📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential customers within the engineering and construction industries.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.,Drive sales of our steel products through effective communication and negotiation.,Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding our products and services.,Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote our products.,Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the engineering or construction industry.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong technical knowledge of steel products and manufacturing processes.,Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
