📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.,Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients.,Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.,Manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics to ensure targets are met.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or technology-related industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus.
