📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Develop and implement facility management strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.,Manage a team of facility management staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high standards of service.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.,Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor and maintain facility equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning properly.,Develop and maintain facility budgets, ensuring they are in line with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular facility inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a commercial facility setting.,Strong knowledge of facility management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and controlling costs.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
