📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee HR information systems and ensure data accuracy.,Coordinate with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR information systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
