📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Prepare and maintain store reports and documentation.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Participate in store promotions and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store operation role.,Proven track record of managing store operations effectively.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetum.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
