In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging social media strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the brand's goals and values.,Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.,Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.,Report on social media performance and provide insights to the management team.,Manage and grow the brand's social media presence across all platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proven ability to create and curate engaging content.,Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide insights.,Experience with social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
