🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and securing high-quality spare parts and components.,Strong knowledge of market trends, industry developments, and best practices in sourcing and procurement.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Proficient in using sourcing and procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
