📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of debt recovery specialists, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.

• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and mentoring to support professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in debt recovery and collections management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving collections targets and improving collections efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
