Rumah Sakit Intan Bakso is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Deputy Finance Admin to join our team in Mempawah. This role is crucial in supporting the finance department with various administrative tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or related fields, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.,Maintain and update financial records and databases.,Support the finance team in reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.,Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including payments, deposits, and budget tracking.,Provide administrative support to the finance manager, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks or Excel.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
