New Point Unggul is seeking a talented Deputy Head Chef to join our team. As a Deputy Head Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and excellence of our culinary offerings. You will work closely with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to develop and implement menus, maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, and ensure efficient kitchen operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus, ensuring they align with the restaurant's standards and customer preferences.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients to ensure cost efficiency and quality.,Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficient use of time and resources.,Develop and implement new recipes and cooking techniques to keep the menu fresh and appealing.,Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Deputy Head Chef in a professional kitchen setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to work well in a team and take ownership of tasks.
