Apotek Jaya Tea is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, from managing staff to delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and develop a team of 10-15 staff members, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance.,Create and implement effective operational plans to improve efficiency and profitability.,Monitor food and beverage inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and timely reordering.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Prepare and present regular reports to management on restaurant performance and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven experience in managing and developing staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
