📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Waiter in managing the waitstaff and ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.,Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently from customers.,Deliver food and beverages to the tables in a timely manner.,Ensure that the dining area is clean and well-maintained.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.,Assist in training new staff members.,Participate in inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service procedures.,Ability to stand for long periods and walk frequently.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
