📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Lead and coordinate HR team activities and projects.,Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.
