Pacific Garment is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Mempawah. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures related to human resources.,Provide support to the HR team in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the coordination of employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a positive and inclusive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
