MOMENTUM Lestari is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of our organization.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are successful in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
