📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure products meet the required standards.,Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify and address any issues.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor junior QC staff to maintain high quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control roles.,Proven track record of successfully managing quality control processes.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
