📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the structural design and analysis of rubber products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the development and implementation of structural design solutions.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical guidance on structural design projects.,Review and approve structural design drawings and calculations.,Collaborate with other departments, such as manufacturing and quality assurance, to ensure the successful implementation of structural designs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers and technicians in the team.,Ensure that all structural design projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in structural analysis software, such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.,Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as ASTM, ACI, and ANSI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with rubber manufacturing processes and materials is a plus.,Ability to travel as required for site visits and meetings.
