As an M&E QS at Attika Interior + MEP, you'll be responsible for estimating and managing the costs of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring projects stay on budget and on schedule. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop accurate cost estimates, track project expenses, and provide valuable insights to optimize project performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for mechanical and electrical systems using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Monitor project expenses and prepare detailed cost reports to track project performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost estimates are realistic and achievable.
• Analyze project data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for cost optimization.
• Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as SNI and IES.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in cost management and MEP systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the MEP industry.
• Proficiency in using Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of SNI and IES standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
