📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports and market analysis.
  • Attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Providing product training and education to healthcare professionals.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
