Jaya Hana Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
