Agung Eko Spareparts is seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring the smooth flow of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.,Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Lead and mentor the operations team to ensure high performance and morale.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
