📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Lead and mentor the programme management team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.,Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with business objectives and to address any issues or concerns.,Leverage best practices and industry standards to drive continuous improvement in programme management processes.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.,Proven experience as a Programme Manager in IT or digital transformation projects, with a track record of success.,Strong understanding of programme management methodologies and tools, such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficient in using project management software, such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools.,Familiarity with IT and digital transformation trends, technologies, and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
