📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve company goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress.,Resolve conflicts and issues within the team to maintain a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software tools is a plus.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
