📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily radiology operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of radiologists, technologists, and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Implement and monitor radiology workflows using advanced imaging software such as PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and RIS (Radiology Information System).
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance radiology services.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and institutional policies.
• Provide strategic guidance on radiology department growth and development.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the radiology team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in radiology operations, with a strong background in multi-site management.
• Certification in radiology management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring radiology teams.
• Strong understanding of radiology workflows and imaging technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
