📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Provide recommendations for food and beverage selections based on guest preferences.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in upselling and cross-selling strategies to enhance revenue.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter or Bar Attendant in a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, TouchBistro, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
