📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting arrangements.
• Create and edit engaging social media content, including Reels and other visual formats.
• Assist in live selling events, providing support to our sales team and ensuring smooth operations.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Maintain and update office systems and software, including CRM and project management tools.
• Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
• Assist in the organization of team meetings and events.
• Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or creative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
