In this role, you’ll be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, and ensuring our guests leave satisfied. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, so being quick on your feet and having excellent communication skills are a must. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS systems like Toast and Square.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, and ensuring the restaurant is ready for the next shift.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assist in stocking and organizing the restaurant’s inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with using POS systems like Toast or Square is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and dining etiquette.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
