📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees with workplace issues, providing guidance and support.
• Manage and resolve employee cases with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring fair and timely outcomes.
• Collaborate with managers and other HR team members to develop and implement case management policies and procedures.
• Conduct confidential interviews and investigations to gather relevant information and make informed decisions.
• Document all case details and maintain accurate records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees, helping them navigate workplace challenges and improve their performance.
• Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of HR best practices and initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on case management or employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters discreetly.
• Proficiency in using HRIS tools and other relevant software, such as Workday or BambooHR.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
