• Oversee daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and packaging.
• Manage and supervise a team of laundry staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain and clean laundry equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring we have adequate stock to meet customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement procedures to minimize risks.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement.
